MIDDLESEX COUNTY COUNCIL (GENERAL POWERS)
ACT, 1938
The registration of Hawkers of Meat, Pish and Vegetables
together with the premises used as storage accommodation is
required under Section 71 of the above Act. At the end of
the year 7 persons and 7 premises had been registered.
FOOD AND DRUGS ACT 1938
The Middlesex County Council are the Food and Drugs
Authority for the Borough.
