Inspection and Supervision of Food.
Milk Supply.
There arc on the registers of the Department three cowkeepcrs and 101
dairymen and purveyors of milk. The inspection of all premises comes
within the routine work of the Sanitary Inspectors. During the year, 410
visits were made.
Milk (Special Designations) Order, 1936. The following licences for
the sale, of designaved milk were in force during the year:-
" Tubercutin tested'' milk 9
" Pasteurised " milk 24
