The amount of "rechargeable" work is small. One factory area was
treated on the "block" basis. The result was very encouraging, and after
the treatment, test baits were laid, showing that the area was well cleared
of the rodents.
As recorded in former years, it is pleasing to note that cordial relations
exist between the local authority's staff and the staff at the Ministry
Agriculture and Fisheries, particular mention being made of Mr. Marley,
Divisional Rodent Officer, and Mrs. Windsor, his deputy, and Mr. Harris
