Housing
The housing situation is steadily improving and the Council have completed during the
period under review two new estates, totalling 346 houses at the Great West Road and Worple
Road No. 2 Estates.
Latterly the Council have co-operated with the County Council in dealing with property
on a large scale at Isleworth. A large road widening scheme has been planned to take the
through traffic and improvements all round that area are contemplated.
