Housing Repairs and Rents Act, 1954.
This Act came into force on 30th August, 1954, and applications
from tenants for Certificates of Disrepair and from landlords for
Certificates of Revocation have been received and dealt with.
The following is a summary of the position on the 31st December,
1956:—
