Result of Service of Notices.
(a) Legal proceedings.
As a result of non-compliance with abatement notices legal
proceedings were started in nine cases. In five instances, nuisance
orders were made, and in the remaining four the summonses were
withdrawn as the work had been completed. Fines amounting to
£9 were imposed, and the costs awarded totalled £13 7s. 6d.
