Supply of Milk to Expectant and Nursing Mothers and Infants.
76 families applied for free milk supplies, and it was
granted to 71. Each case is considered individually by the
Sub-Committee, and a full statement of income from all sources,
including pension and Guardian relief, children working, etc.,
has to be submitted by the applicant. This average was
exceeded in the 3 applications refused. 2 applications were
withdrawn, as the husbands had obtained work.
The following work was carried out in connection with the
Welfare Centres, by the
Dental Surgeon for the year ending December 23rd, 1925.
