Case (3)—Male aged 30 years, admitted to hospital 13th
September, 1953, died 23rd September, 1953.
Apparently notified in another district, but notification
not transferred on change of residence.
Case (4)—Male aged 73 years, admitted to hospital on 8th
December, 1953, and died on 15th December, 1953,
from advanced lung disease. At post mortem,
carcinoma of the bronchus was found to be the
immediate cause of death.
Unfortunately, the transfer of notifications between sanitary
districts on change of domicile leaves much to be desired.
