There were no deaths during 1951 from Diarrhœa and
Enteritis in children under one year of age.
The table showing the classification of infant deaths is given
in the section of the report dealing with the care of mothers and
young children (Section 22).
MATERNAL MORTALITY
During 1951 there were two deaths due to puerperal sepsis.
