Hand-washing at Public Lavatories.
This matter received consideration by your Council, with particular
reference to persons handling foodstuffs.
It was agreed in principle, that free facilities be given not only
to food handlers but to all members of the public, in an endeavour
to focus attention on this very important matter.
The facilities provided at public lavatories, include the use of
liquid soap and paper towels.
