never been brought into use.
No applications were refused, cancelled or appealed against.
22 quarterly inspections were made by the medical staff.
Routine enquiries are made with regard to unregistered Homes.
No difficulties in regard to supervision arose.

Essex County Council Act.—Two licences to practice
chiropody were granted by your Council.
Bye-laws with regard to Hairdressers and Barbers were adopted
during the year.
C.—SANITARY CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE AREA.
1. (i) Water.—New mains have been installed in the following
roads:—Longacre Road, Trevose Road, Grantock Road, Carnanton
Road and Sutherland Road.
