Local duties at cinemas, sports meetings, cricket, football,
outings and functions of all kinds have been covered by request
as usual.
A new division has been formed at Chingford and eight of our
trained men transferred with the hut situated at Highams Park
and called the "Duncan Memorial."
The Corps arranged, in conjunction with the British Social
Hygiene Council, a well attended course of three film lectures on
Venereal Diseases.
Nursing in the Home.
(a) General.—No change since 1931.
(b) Infectious Diseases.—No change since 1931.
Clinics and Treatment Centres.
Foot Clinic.—Total attendances were 9,705, and of these
1,716 were by new patients and 7,989 were re-attendances by old
patients. The receipts were £375 13s. 8d.
A part-time chiropodist was employed when necessary in
addition to the two full-time chiropodists.
Women's Clinic.—Sessions were held weekly with one consultant
session monthly.
Miss Basden continued as Consultant-in-Charge and Miss Helen
Rodway, M.C.O.G., took charge of the weekly sessions.
