FORCEPS DELIVERY.
Forceps were applied 41 times; the details of the cases are
given in the following table.
The forceps rate is 6.3 per cent. Number of infants
delivered, 42, including one pair of twins. Number of stillbirths,
5. Number of infant deaths, 2. Foetal mortality rate,
16.6 per cent.
There was one maternal death, a case of Fulminant
Eclampsia admitted as an emergency case during labour.
