3rd January, 1949, at Loxford Hall, Loxford Lane, Ilford.
Dr. H. M. S. Davidson, Consultant Psychiatrist at the Ilford Child
Guidance Clinic, reports as follows:
"For the first time for a long period we have had, since September
1956, a full Clinic staff. Mr. Pickett rejoined us in February and Miss
Radford came as Psychiatric Social Worker in Miss Moffatt's place.
Miss Oppenheimer and Miss Folkart have come as Child Therapists
and Miss Bergen has returned to take up her appointment in America.
Now that we have a full staff we hope to put into practice some of the
plans we have had to postpone.
