Attendances were considerably reduced during the first half of the year owing to evacuation.
The four Day Nurseries are affiliated to the National Society of Children's Nurseries to enable the Students to take the examination
of that Society for the Nursery Nurses Diploma.
Four Students from the Ley Street Nursery and three from the Green Lane Nursery sat for the examination and obtained the
Diploma during 1945.
