Casks A & B.—In these cases the summonses were dismissed on the ground that the summons
should state that the article had been sold to the " prejudice of the purchaser."
Cases C & D.—These cases were dismissed on the ground that the article could not be seen in
the shop, and that it was therefore not " exposed for sale."
