J. Mosquito Control
Spraying of ditches and areas of stagnant water were carried out as usual, but an earlier start
was made and advantage was taken of a new product in the form of capsules which may be thrown
into water areas not readily accessible by spraying. The results proved most satisfactory.
With the improved insecticides now in use and the fact that many of the areas of land which
at one time were a source of considerable trouble in this direction, have now been built upon and
some ditches have been culverted, mosquito nuisance is not now so serious as it used to be.
