THE INVALID CHILDREN'S AID ASSOCIATION.
The Authority is indebted to the local branch of the Association
for its invaluable service to the invalid children of the Borough.
The types of new cases dealt with in 1944 were as follows:—

WARTIME NURSERIES.
As indicated in my last report, 2 new nurseries were opened
during 1944:—
Wall End Road/Caledon Road on 12.6.44.
St. Stephen's Road on 24.7.44.
The accommodation of the five war-time nurseries is as follows:—
