Training and Occupation Centre.
The morning' session is devoted to youths and boys, and the
afternoon to women, girls, and young children. The work undertaken
at the classes has reached a high standard, and the pupils
show an intelligent interest both whilst they are at the Centre and
after they reach home. They are delighted to exhibit their work
to parents and friends.
The successful result of their training is apparent from the
number of orders received throughout the year. The trainees
receive a small percentage of the sale of articles made by them,
as some encouragement.
Physical drill and musical games are indulged in freely, particularly
in the afternoon. There is always a bright and happy
atmosphere at the Centre.
