During 1935, no East Ham patients were in residence under
the Hostel Scheme.
Mental Deficiency.
As stated in previous reports, a number of cases are admitted
to the South Ockendon Colony for Mental Defectives—the Cell
Barnes Colony, Herts, and similar institutions. Low and medium
grade defectives are accommodated at Forest Gate Hospital.
Clinics and Treatment Centres.
These are all provided by the Council. The revised sessions
at the centres are as follows, viz:—
