One Dealer's licence (Form B) was granted for the bottling
of Grade A (Tuberculin Tested) Milk under this Order.
One Pasteuriser's licence (Form C) was granted for the
pasteurisation of milk under this Order.
Supplementary licences (Form D) were granted for the Sale
of Milk under this Order.

2 for Grade A (Tuberculin Tested).
11 for Pasteurised.
1 for Grade A Pasteurised.
1 Certified.
BACTERIOLOGICAL EXAMINATIONS.
Twenty-four samples of Milk were procured for bacteriological
examination. Twenty of these samples were certified by the
Counties Public Health Laboratories to comply with the bacterial
standards of the respective grades.
Of the remaining four samples, enquiries were instituted and
subsequent samples were found to comply with the bacteriological
standards of the prescribed grades.
(b) MEAT AND OTHER FOODS.
Public Health (Meat) Regulations, 1924.
Considerable time has been spent by the Inspectors on this
important branch of the work.
All owners and occupiers of slaughter-houses are supplied
with printed and addressed notification forms.

During the year 1,027 notifications of intention to slaughter were received referring to :—
