INVALID CHILDREN'S AID ASSOCIATION
(East Ham Branch).
The work of this Association for invalid children commends
itself especially to a Health Department and its efforts on behalf
of the children deserve the sympathy, encouragement and praise
of every member of the public. It affords me great pleasure in
recording a deep sense of gratitude to the East Ham Branch for
all the help they have accorded this department during the year.
In their Annual Report for 1931, it is stated that during the
8½ years that the branch has been in existence, they had expended
