Canal Boats Acts.
The following is a copy of the Annual Report of the Vestry of the Parish of Rotherhithe
(the Registration Authority in regard to the Grand Surrey Canal) to the Local Government
Board, as to the execution of the Canal Boats Acts, 1877 and 1884, and of the Regulations
made thereunder, and as to the steps taken by such Authority during the year ending
31st December, 1897, to give effect to the provisions of the said Acts and Regulations :—
