| Gin | Do. | Do. | Do. | When it is considered that the Margarines examined all represented cases of sale without the proper notification, the above results show that 31.36 per cent, of the samples submitted were found to be in contravention of either the " Sale of Food " or of the "Margarine" Act, as against 15.30 in the corresponding quarter of 1896. |
