discharged their numerous and important duties with increased
efficiency resulting from accumulated experience, and are entitled to
my best thanks.
My grateful acknowledgements are also due to your Vestry, for
continued manifestation of confidence which greatly strengthens me
in carrying out the duties of my office, and in supervising the sanitary
administration of the parish generally.
Lastly it affords me pleasure to give expression to the satisfaction
with which I find my Department now at length, after long waiting
for a " local habitation," so admirably housed in the New Town Hall.
