the courtesy of the Town Clerk, and, in the case of Eltham Churchyard, through
that of the Vicar of Eltham.

Exhumations.—During the year two exhumations under Home Office Licences
were made in local graveyards.
Removal of Infirm and, Diseased Persons in Certain Cases.-—It was not necessary
to make any application to a Magistrate during the year.
Legal Proceedings.—The particulars of the various prosecutions instituted
under the Public Health (London) Act, 1891, and kindred Acts, for offences connected
with sanitary administration are set out in detail in the following Table,
No. 36
