THE PUBLIC HEALTH (MILK AND CREAM)
REGULATIONS, 1912-1917.
The number of samples of milk submitted for analysis
was 264. In addition two samples of separated milk and
ten of cream and preserved cream were also examined. The
detailed results of the analyses are given below in the form
required by the Minister.
