xi. Health Week. The Council co-operated in the autumn
in the general scheme of health propaganda throughout the
country, organised by the Health Week Committee. The
following report, presented by the Public Health Committee
to the Council, gives details of the week's programme.

the Old Town Hall, Woolwich, and arranged that these
premises should be available for public inspection on each

Seamen's Hospital Society, which shewed pathological
specimens ; by the Central Fund for the Industrial Welfare
of Tuberculous Persons, who arranged for daily demonstrations
of work by cured tuberculous patients ; and by
Dr. J. Walker, who sent demonstrators to exhibit the work
done at Naylands Sanatorium. We also have to acknowledge
the assistance of many others for the loan of smaller exhibits.
The Electricity Department gave excellent demonstrations
of the domestic use of electricity, a feature which proved
