THE PUBLIC HEALTH (MILK AND CREAM)
REGULATIONS, 1912-1917.
During the year 285 samples of milk and 10 of cream
were purchased and submitted to the Public Analyst. None
of the samples showed any preservative.
In tabular form, as required by the Ministry, are set out
below the details of this work.
