13. The following table gives the average death.rate in
each registration district of the Borough during the past five
quinquennial periods and during 1911, 1912, 1913, and 1914.

In 1914 Woolwich parish had the highest death-rate, and Eltham parish the lowest, of the four districts. The greatest decrease has occurred in Woolwich and Eltham parishes.
