West Plumstead includes the Burrage, Herbert, Glyndon
and St. Margaret's Wards, and East Plumstead the Central
and St. Nicholas Wards.
The estimated populations for Woolwich, West and East
Plumstead, are the same as in 1909. Eltham has been
increased by 455.
