101. There were 7 deaths from Alcoholism and 17 from Cirrhosis
of the Liver, making a total of 24 deaths definitely attributed
to alcohol, compared with 52, 40, 42 and 27 in the four preceding
years. In addition to these, there were 336 deaths from disease
of the brain and nervous system (excluding Meningitis) heart,
