10. Sanitary inspectors should insist on removal to Hospital of
all such patients as cannot be properly isolated at their own homes.
But whenever it is considered that effectual isolation can be obtained
at home, and where the number of people in the house does not
exceed the number of rooms, and the cleanliness and sanitary conditions
are in all respects satisfactory, the Inspector should
encourage home isolation, and the Medical Officer of Health will
give a certificate to any Arsenal employee living in the house, for
the P.M.O. of the Arsenal, that the patient can be effectually isolated
at home ; the employee will then be allowed to attend his work.
11. Special forms for information to be obtained are provided
for the following diseases:—
(1) Scarlet Fever and Diphtheria;
(2) Enteric Fever;
(a) Puerperal Fever;
(4) Small Pox.
