On December 5th. Mr. Simon Kossof, of 30, Langdale Street, was summoned
for selling milk without being on the Register. He was fined 20s., with 23s. costs.
On December 7th. Mrs. Freedman, of 131, Jubilee Street, appealed to the
Magistrate against the decision of the Council for removing her name from the
Milkshop Register. The case was dismissed, with £2 2s. costs against the appellant.

Unsound Food Destroyed During the Year.

The following foodstuffs were destroyed during the year under the Unsound Food Series and the Public Health (Foreign Meat) Regulations 1908:—
