Rag Flock Acts, 1911 and 1928.
Under the above Act 20 samples were taken for analysis. All complied
with the standard laid down.
It is reported that many firms are now using "Cotton Flock" instead of
rag flock, and that samples of the latter are consequently not so easy to obtain
as formerly.
Cotton Flock is a waste product of Cotton Spinning.
