It is most important to remember with regard to deaths from Cancer that this
disease, so hopeless in its advanced stages, can in the early stages be treated with
steadily improving prospccts of success. For this reason anyone having any anxiety
on the matter should at once seek medical advice.
The particulars regarding deaths from Tuberculosis are given in the section of
this report devoted to that disease.
In the subjoined table are set forth the various institutions outside Shoreditch with the number of persons belonging to the Borough dying therein:—
