PET ANIMALS ACT, 1951.
During the year seven premises were licensed as pet shops.
In the main, the sale of pets at these premises consists of cage
birds and tropical and other fish.
39 visits of inspection were made during the year and only
one nuisance or defect found.
It has not been found necessary to attach any special conditions
(other than the general conditions) to any licence which has
been issued.
