INSPECTION OF FOOD PREMISES.
2,871 visits of inspection were made to Food Premises during
the ye?r, and 329 defects were noted. 251 defects were abated
during 1948; this figure includes those noted in 1947 which were
abated in 1948.
MILK (SPECIAL DESIGNATIONS) REGULATIONS, 1936 1946.
The following licences were issued by the Local Authority
under the above Regulations, in respect of designated milk:—
