C. Exemptions

to space, temperature and sanitary conveniences were received
during the year. In each case exemption was refused.

There are 13 premises registered for the manufacture of ice
cream in the district and 154 premises registered for retailing ice
cream. During the year 12 visits were paid to these premises.
Also 49 premises are registered under this Section for the
preparation or manufacture of sausages or potted, pressed, pickled
or preserved food intended for sale. Visits to these premises during
the year numbered 6.
