From Table No. 47 it will be observed that Midwives practising and living in Willesden
attended 1,342 cases as Midwives and 293 cases as Maternity Nurses or 1,635 in all. These cases
were not all Willesden cases and were not all attended in Willesden.
Apart from institutions or associations, the largest number of midwifery cases any single one
of these Midwives attended as a Midwife was 127, and the largest total of cases any single one of these
Midwives attended was 161, being 127 cases attended as Midwife and 34 as Maternity Nurse.
