Artificial Cream Act, 1929.
Public Health (Condensed and Dried Milk) Regulations, 1923.
Inspections were made under the above in order to see that the requirements with respect
to labelling were complied with, but no infringements were discovered.
Milk and Dairies (Amendment) Act, 1922.
Two purveyors of milk were convicted for selling milk under designation of " Pasteurised "
otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
ADMINISTRATION OF FACTORY AND WORKSHOP ACT, 1901.
