HOME HELP SERVICE
Help can be provided in cases when an emergency arises in the
home, and in cases of confinement taking place at home.
Payment for this service is assessed according to income. Further details of this
service may be obtained from the Area Health Office, County Offices, Uxbridge.
DAY NURSERIES
Forms of application for admission can be obtained from the Nurseries or from
the Area Health Office, County Offices, Uxbridge. Parents are charged a daily fee
according to the total family income.
PRIVATE MIDWIVES AND PRIVATE MATERNITY NURSING
HOMES
The names and addresses of private midwives and private maternity nursing homes can
be supplied on application to this office.
