During the year 205 inspections were made of Outworkers'
premises.
iv) Caravan Sites.
There are 6 licensed caravan sites, one of which is controlled by
lie Council.
Altogether, there are 231 caravans on thozie sites. The sites are
naintained in a satisfactory condition.
(v) Prevention of Damage by Pests Act, 1949.
During the year the Sanitary Inspectors and Rodent Operative
irried out 2,841 inspections, or re-inspections to premises infested by
its and mice.
Further maintenance treatment, in respect of rat disinfestation to
wers was undertaken on two occasions, and a total of 302 manholes
ere treated.
