One Health Visitor is employed, and the following shows the number of visits paid by her :—

Infant Life Protection.
The Health Visitor is the Inspector appointed under
Part One of the Children Act, and she paid 81 visits to the
homes of foster-children.
Foster-parents are required to have the children in their
care examined by a doctor once every three months, and in
the majority of cases these examinations are made by the
Medical Officer of Health at the Infant Welfare Centre. The
standard of Health of the children has been good.
