MENINGITIS.
Three persons were notified to be suffering from meningococcal
infection; and were admitted to hospital. As the result of a
post mortem examination by H.M. Coroner, one infant (aged ten
months) was found to have died from acute meningococcal infection.
TUBERCULOSIS.
Notifications.β€”One hundred and fourteen patients were
notified for the first time in 1951 as suffering from tuberculosis. The
number was made up as follows:β€”
