INSPECTION AND SUPERVISION OF
FOOD.
FOOD PREMISES.
Preparation and Handling of Food.
During the year special attention has been paid to places
where food is prepared for sale, including canteens.
As a result of advice given to persons engaged in the preparation
and handling of food it is satisfying to report that much improvement
has been effected in regard to structural conditions and
general cleanliness of the premises, utensils and persons. It is
found that greater care is being exercised by all concerned and
there is a desire by both employers and employees to comply with
instructions and advice offered them.
