General.
Treatments have been carried out with success on the Corporation's
properties and schools. The refuse destructor works and
adjoining land and buildings on the west side of the Borough, to
the allotments at Lammas Road have been kept under observation
and treatment.

HOUSING.

Complaints.

During the year 2,369 complaints were received and investigated. The nature of the complaints included sanitary defects in houses, drains choked or defective, premises infested with vermin, etc.
