SCABIES.
My Annual Report for the year 1943 contains a description
of the arrangements made for the control and treatment of scabies.
The Special Clinic at Ruckholt Road School is still available as a
treatment centre.

CIVIL AMBULANCE SERVICE.
On 1st October, 1943, the Council's fleet of three Civil Ambulances
was transferred from Harrow Green Fire Station to the new
Auckland Road Garage; and since that date the vehicles have
been manned by ambulance drivers and attendants of the Civil
Defence Ambulance Service.
