In four instances it was found necessary to take legal proceedings
as under :—
Legal proceedings were instituted and the following penalties
were imposed for infringements of the Sale of Food and Drugs Act.
1. Dried Milk. £10 10s. fine plus 10s. 6d. costs.
2. Milk. £2 fine plus 10s. 6d. costs.
3. Milk. £3 fine plus 10s. 6d. costs.
4. Egg Powder. £20 fine plus £3 3s. costs.
