Housing Act, 1936.
Information regarding 281 houses and 238 fiats was
supplied in connection with the " permitted number of persons "
in dwellings under the Act.
Proceedings against the owner of four houses in respect of
non-compliance with the provisions of the Act relating to a statement
of the "permitted number of persons" in relation to the
houses were withdrawn on the owner paying the Council's costs of
10s. 6d., and undertaking to insert the necessary entries forthwith.
